Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Late cancellations and missed appointments leave reserved time that often cannot be filled. A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service may apply to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice. These situations are handled thoughtfully and individually.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a reservation fee or other booking arrangements for future appointments.
